Comilla Victorians Team is the most successful team in the BPL. It is based in the Comilla division of Bangladesh. This team gets a three-time champion in the Bangladesh Premier League. Comilla Victorians Team Franchise
In 2015 when BCB decide to terminate all the franchises and take the decision to make new teams. Comilla team officially created in 2015 Comilla Victorians team is a franchise based on Comilla Division. BCB launch this team in the third season of the competition. Nafeesa Kamal is the current owner of the Comilla team.
In the first edition, the team bought for US$27.50 million. Season 2019 Comilla was rebranded as Comilla warriors and sponsored by Bangladesh Cricket Board. In 2022 Comilla team replaced to Comilla Victorians.

Comilla Victorians Team Performance History
Team Comilla Victorians came into being officially in 2015 and play their first tournament. Do you want to know how the Comilla team performs in all seasons? The detailed information about team performance is mentioned below.
2015 to 2016 BPL
In the first season, the Comilla team perform well. They pick 3 overseas players and thirteen local players. Analysts think Comilla was a weak team despite of best squad and there is no chance for their win. The team plays its first match against Dhaka Gladiators where they defeat the Dhaka team by 6 wickets.
They play a total of 9 matches in which they wins 7 and lost 2 matches. Comilla team get success to make place for play-offs because they get 1st position in the points table.They defeat Rangpur Riders in the eliminator match where they win the match and qualify for the final.
In the final match, they face Barishal Bulls where they win the match on the thrill ball. Alok Kapali takes a single on the ball and Comilla team wins the tournament in their first inaugural tournament. It was a fantastic season for the Comilla team.
2016 to 2017 BPL
The previous season was outstanding for the Victorian team and they also try to get success in this season. But that time they failed to manage their position. They take well to start but after the 1st match, they lost 5 matches continually. In the semi-final round, they manage their position but could not win the tournament. Comilla team ended the tournament 2nd on the points table.
2017 to 2018 BPL
Comilla team pick Tamim Iqbal as their icon player. They also retained a lot of players from the team and pick Muhammad Nabi, and Imran Khan Jr two foreign players. Comilla team take a very good start in the tournament and win the 9 matches. They get 1st position in a playoff. But in the 1st eliminator match, they face heavy defeat from the Dhaka team.
In the 2nd eliminator match Rangpur team give a good target to the Comilla team but due to rain match was resumed for the next day. It was the rule when any match would cancel then the team with the highest ranking in the group would advance. With the unfair decision, the team Comilla was very angry.
2018 t0 2019 BPL
In this season BCB decide to take ownership of all teams and all the franchise team plays the match under the BCB. Bangladesh Cricket Board announce for all teams to retain their players from the team and pick just two foreign players. The Victorian team start the tournament with a very strong position and win most of the matches on the group stage.
They qualify for the play-off stage where they defeat the Rangpur Riders team to qualify for the final. In the final match, Comilla defeats the Dhaka team and Tamim Salmmed scores 141 on just 61 balls. Tamim plays an important role to win the trophy of the Bangladesh Premier League for 2nd time. Comilla team is once again successful to get winners to title for them.
2019 to 2020 BPL
In the 5th edition, BSB changes some rules for all the franchise teams. BCB took over the charge and decide to run the tournament under the board. BSB gives a new name to the tournament Bangabandhu BPL T20. The team try to perform well but could not stable the tune of the match-winning. They failed to get the win in the eliminator and could not qualify in the final but ended the match with all positions.
2021 to 2022 BPL
Due Covid attack BCB decide to hold the tournament in 2022. The 8th season of the Bangladesh Premier League was held in Bangladesh in 3 different venues. Sher-e- Bangla Cricket Stadium host the final of the season. Comilla team start the tournament well but in the mid, they failed to manage their position. Later in the Eliminator stage, they get a win in both matches and qualify for the final. In the final match, they face the Fortune Barishal team. They give them a target of 151 runs but the Fortune team lost the match from 4 wickets. Once again Comilla set the crown of a champion on their heads.
Comilla Victorians Team Logo and Kit
Comilla team has a different logo to represent the team’s identity. The color combination of the Comilla team logo is Red, Black & White. The logo shield represents the cover for the team and the ball with fire flames shows the spirit of cricket.
Word Comilla represents the division of Bangladesh and Victorians represent victory and championship. The Kit of the team was manufactured by LK fashion house. The color combination of the kit is Red and Black. On the left side, the official logo is designed to represent the team.
On the right side, the logo of the sponsor EXIM design is created. In the mid of the jersey sponsor, S.Alam Group design is created. On both sides of the sleeves, the design of the sponsor for the team is created. Abul Khair Steel company is the main sponsor of the 8th season of BPL for the Comilla team.
