Mumbai Indian is the only team who win the IPL titles five times. MI wins 5 times IPL Trophy and the Champions League Trophy 2 times. In 2011, MI won the Champions League T20 after beating RCB by 31 runs in the final. In 2013 the team won second time by defeating Chennai Super Kings by 23 runs in the final. After that, Mumbai Indians defeated Rajasthan Royals by 33 runs to win its second Champion League T20 title later that year.

The team logo is the Sudarshan Chakra. In the logo of Mumbai Indians, there is a Razor, the saffron, green and white colours represent the razor in the logo and the blue colour represented Mumbai Indians Jersey. As initially the name of the team was supposed to be Mumbai Razor before but Sachin Tendulkar suggested Mumbai Indians.
